WIN was formed to support a select group of successful and profitable independent insurance agents to maximize the best interests of all members.  This is accomplished by affiliating with “best in class” agencies to maximize resources and profitability through a strong network of successful agencies and carrier partners in selected geographic areas.

The founding members of WIN formed a relationship with the intent to build a collaborative coalition of like-minded independent agencies with shared objectives in order to maximize each member’s profitability and competitive positioning in growing and serving their local client base.

The goal is to maximize profits with enhanced commissions and profit sharing agreements through individual agency growth and excellent loss ratios. This can only be accomplished through affiliations with agencies with the same goals.

WIN will thoroughly examine each membership application to assure the future of the model will be maintained.  This process will allow all members to increase the market value of their agency while enjoying the success of a well-managed network.
